1.02: What's been taking so long?

Long time no see!

I've been working on update 1.02 for this extension for quite a while now. I haven't had the most time to do this since I'm also juggling school and work, but in my free time, I've been adding bits and pieces.

Update 1.02 started out as a way for me to add keybinding and extended gamepad use to this extension, since both are going to see use in the project I'll be working on following this. But I've expanded its scope to also include an overhaul of the resolution system, since having only three resolutions is, pardon my French, [KINDA GOOFY].

My ETA on this is either next month or in January. The bulk of my work right now is going into getting the resolution right. I'm not going to go into detail about that here for reasons I will not elucidate on here out of respect.
